There are many resellers who try to attract you with lower priced domains. Maybe they think that a dollar to two would make a big difference. However, if you would want to transfer your domain you are more often than not lost as you do not have access to your own domain control panel.
We never register a domain without a customer account with their own control panel access. If you are stiuck with domain transfers we can always guide you but if your reseller acts stubborn or indifferent to your requests then there is nothing that we an do. Feel free to post your concerns here and we shall take it up here guiding you what to do.
