Hi.
All Linux Hosting Accounts come pre configured with cPanel control panel for managing your account. The Help documentation on how to use the same is given at the bottom of the left menu.
All Reseller's Hosting Control Panel is WHM (Web Host Manager) where you are in full control of your customer's account and we are no where involved with your customers except for the Support Issues which are *Only* handled through this Message Forum in case you would want us to handle the Support queries of your client's.
