Hi.
Please note that we are providing support for MySQL database only. Though, your cpanel account has Postgres SQL database feature also but that's purely provided on unsupported basis. The same is provided on expeimental unsupported basis and we shall not attend to any support queries with respect to PostgreSQL database. You are advised not to use PostgreSQL database for any production sites. We are not charging anything for accounts where PostgreSQL comes activated by default for all Hosting Accounts With MySQL Database Support.
