Hi.
Hosting Accounts by defualt do not have Database Support Enabled. All Mysql Database Support Is Provided at additional cost in blocks of 10 MB Database Disk Usage. For details please contact the reseller through whom you purchased the hosting account or Contact Us in case you are our direct client.
