Automated Footer On Subdomain Sites

Hi,
All pages hosted on Subdomain would have the Company Controlled (ie Scorpio Informatics) footer included by default so users need not provide any linkback to company or locatorbiz.com on footer. The same shall be implemented automatically by the server for all pages uploaded on subdomain of Locatorbiz.com.
In order to avoid any chances of page distortion, please avoid Framed Pages sites as Framed sites are not liked by both visitors and Search Engines like Google and others.
