From 14th April 2004 onwards Profile Submission To Directory and Profile Updates would be under user control. The Profile Submission Module supports HTML Tags. What if you do not know HTML. You could just use any html editor, like Front Page for example. In order to Post HTML contents please do the following: For The Text Area Boxes On The Profile Submission Form Only: Type out the matter with all the formatting that you would want on Frontpage Editor. Run Spell Check. Once finished with the content, then click on the HTML tab of your editor to reveal the source. Select the Text after the <body> tag and upto tag (excluding both and tags. Right Click your mouse and click on Copy. Then Paste the same in the Profile Text Area box where you would want the contents to go. Repeat the above for all the Text Area boxes on the Profile Form. Once done, Just Click on Add Profile Button. That's it. So what are the care to be taken? Just following: - Not to paste tag but everything within those two tags as you see in FrontPage editor can be posted.
- Not to post anything (and including) tags as you would see in the source of Frontpage editor.
- Not to post any java scripts (which normally are within head tags).
- Do Not Reduce The Text /Font Size. Keep it unchanged as you would see in FrontPage editor. If you would want to increase the size of text you could do, but please keep in mind the aesthetics of your detailsed profile.
In case of any difficulty, post your query on this forum. Greetings Administrator Scorpio Informatics
