It's not surprising to find this so openly published. DCC is being used by thousands of service providers and has been minimizing SPAM. We also have integrated the same to our service. Please do not contact us if many a times your friend from these domains cannot send mail to our servers. We do numerous heurestic tests before rejecting delivery of a Mail and do not have false positives. If Free Email services are source of Spam we can't help it.
