WebMail Messages Download Without Any Client.	Can't Post

Download Compressed Archive Of Selected Messages From Your WebMail Account To Your Local Computer Without Using Any Outlook Express/Incredimail/Eudora Clients. We are happy to announce that this has now been integrated in your webmail account. All New User Accounts Would Come Preconfigured With This feature.

Existing Users Would However, Have to Do The Following Before They can Start Using This Feature:

Login to your WebMail Account.
Click And Expand The Options Menu Tree On Left.
Click On Download Options Menu Item.
Complete And Save The Configuration As Per Instructions On The Download Messages Settings page that opens after Step3 above.

That's All. You Are Ready to Start Downloading Messages By Selecting One To All The Messages Listed On Any Page of a Given Folder/Nested Folder.

As Compared To Downloading Directly Through A Desktop Client Like Outlook Express/ Incredimail/ Eudora etc, This Feature Has Following Advantages:

Twice As fast Downloads As Compared To Any Desktop Client As The Total Download Size is compressed by about 50 to 60%.
Ability To Scan Compressed Archive With Antivirus Before Unarchiving (though we do not allow any Virus Infected Messages In ... We Simply Block All Such Messages As Compared To The General trend Of Allowing The Messages In And Then Doing Scanning Online).
Ability To Move or Copy The Unarchived Messages Into Any Client On Per Message Basis.
Ability To Keep Offline back up Copies of the compressed archive so that you never lose any message irrespective of virus attacks on your local machine.
Rename the file extension from .eml to .txt and read the contents even without any client. Not possible in case of messages directly downloaded through Desktoip Clients.

This Feature In Effect Offer "Unlimited MailBox Space" Functional Utility Without Ever Losing Even A Single Message year After Year. Always Keep Your Mailbox Clean As you Have Not One But Can have As many number Of "Offline Backup Copies" of the Downloaded Messages. This is in addition to the "Speed Of Operations" advantage.

This feature is part of a Much Larger Component Of Unique Feature Which Shall Be Implemented On WebMail Accounts To Ensure That WebMail Service Is Much Ahead Of What Others Are Madly Rushing Into .... Offering Elephant Sized mailBoxes In Return For Peeping Into Your Privacy

Hi.

Continuing on the Thread above following calculation shows how this feature alone could far exceed the functional utility of even a 1GB mailbox:

4 Downloads Of 270MB each = 1080MB
Empty your mailbox.
You Still have 270 MB space free.

You could do a monthly exercise of donwloading all your mails and deleting them from the server. Since it's not our business to flood ads, once you delete the mails from your account, there are no mails left as is the case with certain other providers where despite deleting mails, your mails could still be read somewhere else.

So you never ever lose emails not even after deleting as the downloaded archive can be kept safe in as many offline backup copies as you may need to keep. The downloads are faster than any of the desktop based clients and the difference could be upto 7 times so you save precious professional time and also on bandwidth costs as many service providers are billing on bandwith also.
