Bounced Messages For Mails Not Sent

Hi,
We often get support mails (which we would no more entertain as all support issues shall be attended to on this forum only), that they are getting bounced messages which for mails which they never really sent. Please Note the following: - Your email address has been stored in some sort of Desk Top client like Outlook Express/ Incredimail etc which reveals your email address to automated programs which send out SPAM and Virus Infected Messages. When such Message Is Non Deliverable, it bounces back to you as the From Address was picked up from such clients. DeskTop email clients have all the Vulnerabilities which we cannot take care of. It is indeed very surprising that despite all the damages these Clients have caused over the years and still cause, people really do not get over the habbit of using them.
- You Have Auto Reply Set and when you get a SPAM, it sends out an Auto Reply which again cannot be delivered as the SPAMMERS use Fake addresses. So Use Auto Reply Feature Only When You Are Really Out Of Office And Not Indiscriminately.
With respect to above we have done certain upgrades at Back End which would reduce such messages to your account. In this regard please refer to Announcements Section of this forum.
Do not believe that your email account has been hijacked.
