Hi.

If a hotmail user is sending a infected mail which is not allowed to come in as per above upgrade notification, there is no bounce message which the user gets as free hotmail (can't say about paid hotmail) does not handle bounce messages. So a user would think that the mail has passed through which actually is never received by the intended recepient as it was infected and we do not accpet any mails from remote smtp which are infected or having dangerous attachments.
Accordingly, please do not be surprised that you find the hotmail user saying that they have snet the mail. They have sent but we have not accepted and it is not our fault if hotmail user is not notified accordingly by hotmail. There is nothing that we can do. One has to pay the price of using so called Free Services
